Milk Gallery in collaboration with Istanbul’s artist; Cagri Akyurt, held a papertoys custom exhibition where he invited some artists to customizing his Yubba template, as some artists also showing their own original work.
There are some notable name such as Derin “Mekazoon” Ciller, Eric “Thunderpanda” Wirjanata, Cagri Akyurt himself and a new comer such as Pamela Halomoan.

A new papertoys design by Matt Hawkins, named Arnie.
a very good looking papertoys, and shows a complicated geometric pattern. And if you see those spikes, …ouch… i think it’s not an easy task to make.
This is a papertoy I designed exclusively for the Urban Paper show at Subwalk in the Netherlands. I named him Arnie after the first boss i ever had. Rough and abrasive on the outside but a a real good guy on the inside. Also Subwalk is in a town called Arnhem so it works as a nod to that too. Soon I’ll post some making of photos if your interested. And yes I did lose it once or twice glueing all those damn little spikes together. “

Are based on Thorigny (Near paris) in France, this 22 years old freelance designer, have already collaborated with some brands, and love to work with many kind of media such as cardboard, wood, etc.
